We offer our full theater rental in Los Angeles for most uses.
Price list below if renting for a comedy show.
We also take offers for non-comedy use and day time rentals. Some past uses include: corporate training, karaoke, roasts, improv, music, and acting classes. Our club room space is great for any small live gathering.

Our space is very flexible with removable chairs and tables. Usually used for comedy shows in Los Angeles. The only permanent fixture is the 10’x10′ stage in the center of the room.
For comedy show rentals all prices include a producer that will run lights and sound for you. For other usage prices varying, please use the contact link above to send us an enquiry for non-comedy use.

If you need more space, consider using the full Theater directly behind our building, the beautiful historic Zephyr Theatre. It seats 74 built in seats, and up to 110 with folding chairs.
